Yes, reiki can be transformative. The last time I went I ended up almost crying due to the healing that was taking place. It was like the sadness and anger inside of me was just transforming. It was a wonderful feeling that liberated me from some negative emotions that I couldn't work out through yoga. Sometimes it does take someone to perform minor reiki into those places that need it for a release. It was worth the cost and the time.
